That look suspiciously like a brief format alert message. The
default format should be similar to the information on the web
page. You should check the "briefrcpt:" token in the file
etc/bbwarnsetup.cfg (on the server) to see if there is something
that might match this recipient.
If this does not help, or you need more precise control, the
recommended method would be to use a custom paging script.
Section 4.8 of the on-line manual has more details.
