You should probably try with the "silent" flag, in case the data
that BB sends is confusing the SQL server. Like so:

  sql:1433:s

You might also consider an external script like this:

  http://www.deadcat.net/viewfile.php?fileid=812

in order to provide you with more extensive testing.
