Hi there,
I am having to write a business case for using Big Brother over HP Openview, and I was just wondering if anyone has written any sort of business case/justification for the use of Big Brother (wether it be compared to another monitoring system or just a new implementation).
Also, any suggestions of what I should be putting into this document would be handy,
