{bb} more problems running bb on fedora core 4 system

I went ahead through the directions and finished the install and  
configuration of our bb system.  I ran the bbchkcfg.sh and  
bbchkhosts.sh, and they tested okay, after I copied some missing  
shell scripts from the client install to the server install.  These  
shell scripts, bb-combo, bb-dick, bb-cpu, bb-combo, bb-msgs, bb-proc,  
and I believe bb-display, were not in the /bin directory after  
running the make install script from the bbsvr-bb1.9i-btf.tar file I  
downloaded.  Anyway, after copying these files over and starting bb,  
I get the following in BBOUT:

I have checked everything I know to check.  EVERYTHING it chowned and  
chgrouped to the bbuser account and group.  I have verified several  
times that my $BBHOME are correct.  What else can I look for?
