I got your response! My boss was hoping there was a way to do it after
the event but from what I can tell the only was is to disable it before
the event.
Any idea if the SLA reports show the service as down when the service
has been "bb disable"'d or does it ignore it for that period? It seems
from the docs that disable just turns off notifications.
