{bb} Win environment - does such script exist?

Hello,

I was trying to find something like a script that would report to me
which programs are installed on the machine - version of it (i.e. MS
Word 2K, MS Word 2003, etc.), and what OS it is (i.e. Win XP, Win2K
Server, etc.). 

Does it exist anywhere?
