The file README.INSTALL should contain enough information to get up
and running. Prior to installing, if you have a web browser on the
machine, you can access the help pages with a URL like:

  file:///path_to_your_bb/www/help/index.html

Otherwise, you would need to copy those pages to somewhere accessible
or read them on-line at:

  http://bb4.org/bb/help/bb-help.html

There is another guide here, but it may be a little out of date now:
