RE: {bb} bb-msgstab for AIX

I actually wrote a different script to monitor errpt. It's not good enough to put out there though heheh. Basically I dump errpt output to a file periodically and compare check to see if lines have been added since it ran last. I also use bb-msgtab to monitor the syslog but as it doesn't contain anything in my setup it's pointless.

How did you get it work on AIX full stop, I've had nothing but issues.
Got it working of everything under the sun but AIX.

Does anyone use bb-msgstab to monitor error log on IBM AIX servers?  If
so, can I see a sample entry?  On Solaris server, I configure it to look
at /var/adm/messages file but I don't know what file on AIX to look at.

Thanks,
David
