{bb} Notification problem

I am running Version 1.9i on Debian Linux

I have set that on yellow I get e-mail notifiction and on red I get both 
e-mail and pager.
I have set to recieve up notification as well


What happens that a device will go yellow and on the next run through go 
green again. As it has not reached the pagedelay yet I do not get the down 
e-mail but on it going green I get an up e-mail and an up page. Is this what 
i should eb expecting or am I missing something.

I would have expected to not recieve anything unless the pagedelay has 
passed. And even then only got e-mails not pages as well.

Any help would be aprecciated
