{bb} disabling notifications for certain processes

I looked thru some of the archives and I didn't see anything that might
aid in what I would like to try.

I am running BB1.9h on a variety of *NIX platforms. I have certain
processes that I monitor (http/oracle etc) that I would like to suppress
notifications of events for a couple hours nightly when we take them
down for backups etc. I am only using the email notifications at
present.
I have one of the scripts from deadcat that allows me to go to each
process and manually disable notifications for X # of minutes from the
web page itself but that doesn't help me much to automate it.

I do not want to suppress notifications of everything for the servers,
just certain processes. Any ideas? I looked thru the bbwarnrules.cfg
file but didn't see how I could specify just processes, not servers.

Thanks.
