This can easily be done in the bbwarnrules.cfg file.  The comments at 
the top of this file explain how to set it up.  An example that might 
work for you would look something like this:

oracleserver;;*;oracle;*;*;jthrumst@crhc.org 
oracleserver;;oracle;;*;0000-0159 0500-2359;jthrumst@crhc.org 

This tells it to send E-mail alerts for the server "oracleserver" for 
all tests except "oracle" 24x7.  Alerts for "oracle" test are only sent

from midnight to 1:59am, and 5:00am to midnight.

I do this same thing nightly for a service that has a daily scheduled 
downtime.
