Actually, that should also be no. There is no requirement to run the
client on a machine that is acting as a BB server. It may be advisable,
but not strictly necessary.

In general, the client software is only needed on machines where you
want to monitor the tests that the client provides. Those are disk
space, processes, cpu load and log messages.
