Those do not look familiar to me. The closest thing on the Deadcat
site would appear to be this:

  http://www.deadcat.net/viewfile.php?fileid=206

It is possible that these were created by one of your predecessors
to serve a particular purpose. It's also possible that they are
no longer needed.

If you still have access to the old BB server, you should inspect
the configuration (of BB and cron) to see if they were integrated
anywhere.

If you cannot work out what they are for, feel free to send them
to me (directly rather than through the list) and I will have a
guess :)
