{bb} BB feeding Tivoli

We use Big Brother for monitoring systems, alert notifications, and
trending (LARRD).  Our help desk uses Tivoli clients to feed help desk
tickets.  I would like to make the alerts I get from Big Brother to feed
Tivoli to create the help desk tickets.  Is there a tool or script to use
BB alert notification to feed into Tivoli?

I checked the DeadCat and all I could find there was monitoring the Tivoli
Storage.  Didn't have any luck looking through the Tivoli support sites
either.
