{bb} Customize email subject

What configuration do I need to modify to customize the subject heading when emailing notification?

*** Here's subject I got from email

Subject: !BB - 4233010! host1.msgs - 400010009001114

I want to change it to something like "Alert from Big Brother on HOST1 ...blah blah..."
