I'm not sure if running bbgen affects this, but with "normal" BB it
is controlled by the runtime options EMBEDHTML and CONVHTMLTAGS in
etc/bbdef-server.sh. I think that you'll need to add the former and
remove the latter, if RUNOPTS is not already like that.

You should also be aware that, if security is a concern, you may need
to take other steps to make sure that you are not opening a "hole".
