{bb} how to personalize e-mail notifications?

all   the e-mails  notifications that  send  my  bigbrother    in the body  
are   NULL  just  at the subjet  says   for example-...

Subject: !BB - 1776011! servertest.her.itesm.mx.ssh - 722010041000146

and  nothing  in the body of the  mail

how can i  personalize  the e-mails
