That looks OK. The install part is normally silent.

I wouldn't recommend that. Not yet, anyway.

Those look normal too. It looks like the compile has worked.

When you try and start now, is anything written to BBOUT? If not,
you may have to add some temporary debugging lines to runbb.sh in
order to get an idea about what is going wrong.

Also, it may be off-topic but I just noticed who you work for. In
case you were unaware, this list experienced a fair amount of unwanted
traffic due to "a certain reality TV show" a few years back :) It was
quite annoying at the time, but luckily does not appear to happen any
more.
