{bb} briefrcpt

In my bbwarnsetup.cfg I have briefrcpt: qp-qpagegroupname.  And this does
indeed work by sending a short message to our pagers.  But since I upgraded
from bb18 to bb19i our email notifications too only have minimal information
whereas before we used to get emailed with the same info that the bb
webpages report.  What do I have to do to allow descriptive notifications
for email and short notifcations for pagers?
