{bb} Notification Problems

I am getting the following error for one of my notification tests.  It
started suddenly.  Right before the error occurred I got a notification
from the test with 99999999 as the code.  

"Can't touch /export/home/bbuser/bb18d4/tmp/np_ext-"

Do you guys know what is causing this?
