{bb} failover: all tests purple

The primary server had some issues and will have to be rebuilt. BB failed over to its secondary but all the tests it runs are purple while all the tests that it receives from the servers are fine. Also, the secondary BB server is showing that it cant ping itself either.

Any thoughts?
