Probably the next step is to attempt to run the failover configuration
without actually using the script. Remove "failover" from BBEXT and/or
bb-bbexttab and modify your bb-hosts files (on primary and secondary)
as follows:

  x.x.x.x   primary.server.com  #  BBDISPLAY
  x.x.x.x   secondary.server.com # BBPAGER  BBNET
  x.x.x.x   some.server.com      # ssh 

restarting BB on both.

That should highlight any problems that are external to the script but
might be stopping it from taking effect.
