{bb} BB Not removing Alarm Info

I am currently running BB on a FreeBSD server, and everything seems to be 
working properly
other then when an alarm is tripped and is reflected on the html page, it 
will never clear once
the problem has been resolved.  And keeps showing that there is a problem 
and sends out
Emails stating it has an alarm.  Any ideas on what might be the problem?
