Does this affect one particular test, or all of them? Does the time
stamp of the (incorrect) web page continue to get updated, or does
it get stuck at the time of the original problem? If you stop BB,
check that all BB processes have exited and re-start, does that
reset the display to the correct status (and stop the alerts)?

Cheers, Phil.

Phil,

Thanks for responding. Yes, the clock information on the html page does update
the time, but it doesn't matter what alarm is thrown, and doesn't matter what server
that its done on, it will never clear. If I go in and clear the logs then it will refresh
5 min. later and will be green again, but if I trip the alarm it will not clear unless I
manually delete the log files. When I stop the BB process, and then do a start on
it, it will not update, it will keep the alarm. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks, Kevin
