Something's very weird.  I may not be looking at the same problem as
you are but why does

http://a12.defcon1.org/~bb/bb1.9i-btf/html/a12.defcon1.org.conn.html

show a log from Sunday (and that's the dot on bb.html)

while

http://a12.defcon1.org/~bb/bb1.9i-btf/www/html/a12.defcon1.org.conn.html

shows a log from today (and this should be the dot on bb.html)

Now are your BBWEB and BBWEBHOST variables in bbdef-server.sh
set up properly?

Also, are your links in your web server docs directory pointing
at the right directory...

usually, BB would have been found in

http://a12.defcon1.org/bb/

where

WWW/bb is a link to ~bb/bb1.9i-btf/www/

and

BBWEB="/bb"
BBWEBHOST="a12.defcon1.org"

Finally, from

http://a12.defcon1.org/~bb/bb1.9i-btf/www/

you can't get to the summary page (bb2.html)
http://a12.defcon1.org/~bb/bb1.9i-btf/bb2.html

unless you manually modify to

http://a12.defcon1.org/~bb/bb1.9i-btf/www/bb2.html
(added www which would point to a BBWEB misconfiguration)
