Also, do the bb-hosts files on both servers and each client still
have the following form:

  x.x.x.x   primary.machine.com  # BBPAGER BBNET BBDISPLAY ssh
  x.x.x.y   failover.machine.com # BBPAGER  BBDISPLAY ssh
  x.x.x.z   client1.machine.com  # ssh
