I think this is the problem:
bbrun >=1 - 1 instance running : 0403-035 The specified path name is too
long.
What the hell does it mean???

I would first check the BBOUT file to see if there are any
errors being reported there. Next, I would add a "set -x"
command near the top of bb-local.sh and run it for a short
time (one or two cycles). That should dump a trace of the
script into BBOUT which should give you a clue as to what is
going on.
