OK, I think that I see the reason for this. The install document
suggests (strongly) that you run larrd from the client side, but
then uses the BBHOME environment variable to access the www/html
directory (which only exists on the server side).

So, if you want to use static BB pages, you can either modify
larrd-html.pl to hard code BBHOME to the server directory, add
a link on the client side to the "www" directory or run larrd
from the server rather than the client side.

I tried running from the server side and I have not noticed any
problems (yet). Actually, I can't see the advantage of using the
client side for this. It feels more logical to use the server to
do it. Also, I still needed to do replace the colon characters
in the date string (in larrd-grapher.cgi).
