Re-posted, seems like my first posting doesn’t get thru …

We are trying to install the BBNT client on Windows 2003 server SP1R2, but seems it’s not working. The initial install goes okay, and BB server did pick up the message. However, it cannot update afterward, and within half an hour, the status changed to purple. Anyone have experience to this, and know what happen?
