Why did you have to patch??? Are you referring to the scripts that come 
with Big Brother or are you referring to custom scripts (yours or from 
deadcat.net)? You should be able to download/transfer the BB distribution 
tarball (as you got it from bb.org) and build the client on the Linux 
boxes.
