{bb} Still Having Purple Problems

I'm still having purple problems and I have read the section
on purple problems.  I'm running BB version 19a on Solaris 5.8.
Whenever I add an snmp check for one device, it goes from clear
to green.  It stays green for 10, 15, 20 minutes or so.  Then
I get a purple dot on bb.html.  When I click on the purple dot
everything that is being checked for this device is green but
the color of the screen is purple.  Eventually it will go back
to green but return to purple a little later.  I have MAXLINE
in /src/bb.h and /etc/bbdef.sh set to the same value (did run
make clean, make, make install).  Anyone have this same problem
or have any suggestions?
