That does not look healthy. The directory structure is implies that
you have nested sub-pages or maybe alternate pagesets defined. Is the
file mentioned above a summary page? It might be helpful to see the
structure of your bb-hosts file (suitably edited) and the switches
that you are using with bbgen.

The "broken pipe" message suggests to me that a CGI shell script is
running into trouble. The empty HTML files point to something more
fundamental going wrong. It may be time to enable debugging in bbgen
and wade through the resulting output.
