{bb} Add new graphs using INLINE RUNOPTS

I added larrd to runopts and all the graphs for the standard tests
appear fine in the status logs.  Now, I added a new test that I want to
graph so I configured the way it should be graphed in larrd-grapher.cgi
and added the graphing script to larrd-config.pl.  The problem is that
the graphs do not appear in the status log for that test.
