Firstly, welcome :)

Secondly, that does not look like a BB error. It actually looks like
a BBgen error. So, if you are not running BBgen intentionally, you
should probably try reinstalling BB after clearing out your cgi-bin
(or similar) directory.

If you are using BBgen, it would help to know the version and a
little more about the installation process that you used. Also,
since this message comes from the exit status of a child process,
the operating system (and version) might be relevant too.
