Forgive me if I'm missing the point, but this sounds like the default
behaviour for the main BB web page. All tests for a particular host
will be displayed unless restricted with a "group-only" directive in
bb-hosts. If you are using "group-only" on the main BB page, you
could create a unrestricted version as a sub-page. Just list the
host name with the "noconn" directive to prevent it from being
tested twice.

If this will not suffice and you feel the need to create your own
script, you should be able to copy most of what you'll need
straight out of web/mkbb.sh.
