If you have enable/disable enabled,
then something like:

$BB $BBDISP "disable host,logicaacmg,com.msgs
14400 ignore messages for 10 days"

Will set the "msgs" test on
the "host" to blue for 10 days (one day is 1440 minutes).  The
test is still being performed.  The red condition is still being reported
to the BB display, but the display and pager systems ignore the condition
for the number of minutes specified.

Actually I am not sure what
this solution to sent refers to. 
 
On my BB monitor page, where
 there are descriptions on:
conn
cpu
disk
mem
msgs
procs
svcs
My ‘messages’ is showing
up red due to some activities. I don’t want this to be red and want to
disable it for a few days. How can I do that?
