The first thing that I would check is the HTML source for some
of the BB test pages, to double check that the image links to
larrd-grapher.cgi are indeed not being included.

Next, it is probably worthwhile re-writing the RUNOPTS line
(using an editor like "vi" if possible) just to make sure
that not hidden characters have been accidentally included.
You should also check that the RUNOPTS definition is not
being overwritten by one of the other scripts.

If none of these helps, my next step would be to add a
debugging line to dohostsvc.c to confirm the RUNOPTS value
that it is seeing.
