{bb} bbpage.c and recipient delays

I have a problem which has to do with paging and the delay.

 

Lets say server a, has a disk issue, at 10:00am.  It will send the message out to page-csg@localhost

If server b has a conn issue at 10:05am, bb will notice that there is a file np_page-csg@localhost, and so will in a sense drop this message.

Now the disk issue will be reported again at 10:15am, so that this alert will go out.

The conn issue will be reported again, but again it looks like this message gets dropped.

 

Is there something I can do, to have messages sent, maybe queue them up, and send them all at the 15min mark?
