There are two distinct methods that you could use to try and localise
things. As Ryan suggested, you could comment out blocks of group
definitions (and the rules that use them) to see where the error
message disappears. Alternatively, you could enable (or add) some
debugging statements in the source code (bbpage.c in recent versions).
