There is an icon that you can use on the Deadcat site:

If you prefer something else, just create a similarly sized and
coloured icon and place it in the www/gifs directory. What you use
as a filename is up to you (as long as you don't overwrite an
existing file), but some people might call it bbnav5.gif to fit
in with the others.

Then, you need to modify the header files for each of the pages
where you want the icon to be displayed. They are located in the
"web" directory and the one for the main page is called "bb_header".
It is probably best to make a back-up copy of each file, before
starting to modify them. Then, open each in a text editor and
add a line to the "Navigation" table to include the new icon. E.g.:

  <A HREF="/cgi-bin/maint.pl"><IMG SRC="&BBSKIN/bbnav5.gif"
  ALT="Maint" WIDTH="39" HEIGHT="27" BORDER=0></A>

Note that you may need to alter the script path and icon name
to conform to your set-up. That should be all that's needed.
