This is more of a web-server thing than a BB thing. Often, it is
because the web-server is not looking for CGI scripts in the
directory that you expect. You should consult your web-server error
log, which may provide more explicit information. The log file may
be somewhere like /var/log/apache/error_log and include a line like:

  [Thu Oct 12 18:33:11 2006] [error] [client 192.168.0.81] script not
 found or unable to stat: /srv/www/cgi-bin/bb-hist.sh

Once you know where the web-server is looking, you can try and work
out why it is not finding the script.
