Ah, so it's "interface stability" from a developer perspective and
not "operational stability". That makes more sense. I'll put my
flame-proof underwear away :)

Actually, although most of the examples that I've seen use "Unstable",
I think that I would have preferred "External" based on this:

The difference is probably no more than cosmetic though, so I doubt
it's worth changing.
