{bb} BB- forbidden error

I am a rookie and I've been trying to figure out BB on my own.  I live
and breathe in a Windows and Cisco world.  I have installed and
reinstalled BB 5 times without any further success.

The directions for the install of bb didn't mention any configuration of
the HTTP service.  When I browse to /bb, I get a forbidden message.
>From the terminal window, my ln's are working so I know the redirects
are correct.  Who should the owner of each folder and redirect be, as
well as the permissions?

Any help is appreciated...
