If you're referring to Big Brother Professional (now at v3.1),
then no, that is not available for free.

The "bb-memory-3.1" add-on from Deadcat does include the (C)
source code for it's Windows version, so you could modify that
to report as "mem" and disable the "netstat" section, if that
is what you require.
