{bb} Some Notification Help

I have two notification questions:

1. Is there a way to configure BB to always send the notification number
with the last two digits being 99 ( for global acknowledgment).  Do I
have to use an external script to accomplish this.

2. How do I configure the response back acknowledgment email to also
list the test that was acknowledged.  In bb-mailack.sh file, I have set
a the ACK to Y, so when someone acknowledges the alert it will send them
the notification that the alert has been acknowledged.  The mail that
comes back has only the id of the acknowledged alert.  I wanted to also
specify the machine and test that was acknowledged.
