{bb} Reporting Problems

Hi

I am using bb1.9 with Red Hat Ent Linux ( SE linux is disabled).I am not 
able to view the Big Brother Availablity Report.when i click on the 
particular icon i get a page which displays the date the to be selected 
for generating the report.But when i choose the date and hit on Generate 
Report i get the following error message.

bbrep-23075-1163427183 Content-Type: text/html Content-type: text/html 
Could not generate report

can somebody help me out with this....
