This page:

suggests that the actual information should be available through the
"kstat" command, although probably not in a very useful format. It
also mentions a few tools that can be used to get more meaningful
output. One of those could be a candidate for replacing netstat -k,
but the script would need to be altered to accommodate the new
format.
