I expect that you must be using "bbgen" because normal BB does not have
the error message that you are getting. You should mention that when
posting to the list because it helps others localise the problem.
What you are seeing suggests that the bbgen command that is started by
the CGI is encountering a problem and ending with a non-zero status.
Perhaps the easiest thing to try first is to try running bbgen on the
command line. Something like:
cd /usr/local/bb/bb1.9i-btf
export BBHOME=/usr/local/bb/bb1.9i-btf
. etc/bbdef.sh
mkdir www/rep/test
bin/bbgen --reportopts=1149120000:1167523200:0:all \
$BBHOME/www/rep/test
echo $?
If you need more information, you can add a --debug flag to the bbgen
command, but there is a lot of output so it may be helpful to pipe the
output through "less". The details of what this is doing are in the
"man" pages for bbgen and bb-rep.cgi.
Cheers, Phil.
