E-mail Alert Problem [was RE: {bb} htaccess]

Well, tip number one has to be don't hijack other peoples threads
when asking for help. You should have posted new message with a
subject line that describes the problem that you have.

Tip number two is to include some information about how your BB
system is configured and what you have done to try and get e-mail
alerts working. Here are some questions which would need to be
answered:

What version of BB are you using?
What operating system is it running on?
Do you have a single BB server, or separate NET; PAGER and DISPLAY
hosts?
Does your PAGER host have a mail server running on it?
Have you tried manually sending mail as the BB user on your PAGER
host?
Is e-mail being routed to a central server, such as a Microsoft
Exchange machine?
What rules have you defined for generating alerts?
