Re: {bb} Problems with bbvar-directory
I had a similar problem with the BB install -- forget which platform or version, but must have been h or i on IRIX, Solaris or RHEL4. I had to create several 'var' dirs.

Hi Phil,
I did as you suggested and completly reinstalled both bbserver and bbclient.
It seems there's a bug in bb1.9i because again the bbvar-directory was
missing. When I ran bbconfig I got an errormessage saying something like
"we noticed that there are some wrong paths" and I allowed an email to
be sent. Perhaps that's the source of the problem. ;-)
I copied the bbvar-directory from the old bbserver-installation and now
everything is running as I want it (including the history-function!) :-)
Regards
Katharina
